Shipping Policy

Our customer service team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns. If you received the product and wish to exchange it for another item, or you received a damaged product, directions are provided below. Only products purchased on https://koolkeg.in/ can be returned. 

1. We only accept returns or replacements in case of product damage during shipping or any other genuine case (the final decision regarding the return will be taken by us, once we verify the product ).
2. For processing the refund we require unedited and continous recorded video right from recieving the order to opening of the package. There must be clear evidence visible in the unedited video pointing out at the defects in packaging or product. 
3. We request you to please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of delivery of said order.
4. Once your returned products are verified by us, the amount of your order will be refunded  to you as store credit within 7 business days.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded as store credit within 7 business days, and you can purchase another item from the website.
